As a Starbucks Shift Supervisor, you will play a key role in the daily operations of our Starbucks store located at Wind Creek Casino . You will lead a team of baristas, ensuring exceptional customer service, product quality, and a welcoming atmosphere. Your responsibilities will include supervising shifts, training and coaching team members, and maintaining operational standards. Shift Scheduling: Assist the Store Manager in creating and managing shift schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage during peak hours. Administrative Tasks: Complete paperwork, reports, and administrative tasks as required. WHAT YOU'LL NEED: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a coffee shop or restaurant setting. Passion for coffee and a strong knowledge of Starbucks products and standards (Starbucks Barista Certification is a plus). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle customer concerns with professionalism. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and handle pressure effectively. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements: Standing for extended periods. Lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds.
