**Merchandiser Lead for Greater** **Wichita** **, KS,** **and surrounding areas** The Merchandiser Lead is a veteran that is responsible for covering multiple routes while sustaining exceptional customer service for Keurig Dr Pepper brands to retail stores within an assigned territory.

**Position Responsibilities**
1. Merchandise store shelving, coolers and displays with Keurig Dr Pepper brands in retail stores.
2. Partner with Sales Representatives/Managers to coordinate delivery and merchandising schedule.
3. Build effective relationships with store personnel to assure superior customer satisfaction.
4. Identify incremental sales opportunities for Sales Representative to pursue.
5. Provide feedback on competitor activities and best practices.
6. Cover routes and provide sales and/or merchandising services as assigned.
7. Available to work weekends and holidays.
8. Follow the 4 week training schedule established for merchandising team with new hires
9. Handle majority of swing merchandising needs
10. Train all merchandisers on best practices and help them grow
11. Brief the frontline employees on scheduling and meetings
12. Responsible for an area equal to 3 normal Merchandising routes
**Total Rewards:**
+ Pay starting at $19.89 per hour. The employee will move to a higher rate of $20.91 per hour in the quarter after their 6 month anniversary.

Position Overview:

Prioritize daily routine based on business needs and short-term requirements.
Provide business-related data to merchandisers to help them execute their functions better
Analyze region and store-specific data to propose courses of action that improve business profitability
