    This is a Computer Field Technician Position doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. You must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware. As part of your onboarding, you will be certified in Dell and Lenovo. All certifications are free to you. Job Details This is a 1099 Contract position. Call volume varies but is typically between 2-5 calls per day. Pay is based on the number of calls completed. Pay starts at $35 per ticket. You will be completing hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services. Pay period -every Friday after the first week of completing tickets. You must have a reliable form of transportation to run these calls. You must have access to a computer and the internet to log onto your portal. Tickets are run Monday through Friday. You must be able to log into your tech portal every workday by 9 am to accept, code (update status), and map out your calls. You will be responsible for contacting your customers and confirming a window to go onsite to complete the service. Parts will be provided for you by the manufacturers. They are typically held at FedEx for you to pick up in the morning. You will be provided with shipping labels and materials to return the removed parts.

    Job Title: Operations Support Associate 3-month contract in Menomonie, WI at a Distribution Center Compliance: Background Check (7-years) Pay: $18/hr 2-2-3 schedule, 5a-5p OR 5p-5a Job Description As an Operations Support Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining safety and compliance within Zones 1, 2, and 3. Your proactive efforts in providing floor support will help minimize safety risks, prevent the entry of prohibited items into automated areas, and ensure compliant intervention practices. Responsibilities + Conduct regular walk-throughs every 2 hours across Zones 1, 2, and 3 to monitor the flow of cases through driveways. + Identify and remove aerosol cans and other prohibited items, ensuring they do not enter or remain in Zones 1, 2, and 3. + Verify that only individuals with LOTO certification perform intervention and recovery tasks. + Provide additional operational support to reduce risks associated with manual handling and movement in driveways. + Escalate any unsafe conditions, non-compliance, or recurring issues to Operations and Safety leadership. Essential Skills + Proficiency in retrofit operations and safety support. + Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel for reporting and data management. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Ability to work at various site locations, including Hermiston, OR; Buckeye, AZ; Red Bluff, CA; Porterville, CA; Woodland, PA; Marcy, NY; and Sutherland, VA. + Flexibility to work shifts that include 12-hour rotations, with varying schedules across different locations.
