We are seeking an Operating Unit IT Leader for our First Quality Tissue facility located in Anderson, SC. This position as a key member of the IT Divisional Leadership Team provides strategic leadership and management within Divisional/Campus and FQ IT Team. This includes the development and implementation of short- and long-term strategies, development and compliance with policies, procedures, managing and optimizing IT assets, fostering a continuous improvement environment. Leads development of First Quality's long-term systems requirements and any hardware and software acquisitions required to accomplish business objectives and support company growth. Also contributes actively as a member of the Divisional/Location LT to the overall development and delivery of IT capabilities required to support business growth and provide a competitive advantage through the use of technology to First Quality.
As an Operating Unit IT Leader in our FQ IT Group, you will work closely within the assigned business in aligning technology requirements with business initiatives. The Operating Unit IT Leader is responsible to understand the business needs, assist in the prioritization of projects, ensure that projects align with the technology that best provides maximum return on investment, and direct IT strategy in support of the overall business strategy. You will also be responsible to ensure that technology initiative requests by business clients are serviced throughout the project governance lifecycle. You will serve as the lead communicator with assigned business departments in respect to technology initiatives, requirements, and escalation.
Primary responsibilities include:
• Active member of site Leadership Teams.
• Participate with business strategy, develop requirements and recommend technology solutions.
• Develop and implement Operating Unit Business Technology Roadmap.
• Suggest industry best practices that may be leveraged to provide new business value.
• Facilitate new project requests, selection and prioritization with the business unit.
• Develop annual operating unit IT budget and resource requirements to support the business plan.
• Ensure approved projects are delivered and provide highest value to FQ and the business.
• Assist in providing proper resourcing and skillsets required for each project.
• Assist in project change management efforts.
• Assist in delivery of complex projects to ensure they are on time, within budget and to customer expectations. Manage lower-level projects.
• Validate new and existing IT services provided to customer are optimal and meet business needs.
• Resolve open issues with appropriate IT Team and Divisional leadership.
• Provide feedback to services and capabilities provided by IT.
• Lead/manage local IT team to ensure needs are being met with an FQE focus.
• Responsible for customer surveys/satisfaction, service level agreements and IT improvement plans.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:
• Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Strong manufacturing environment experience demonstrated project and process management skill set.

• Ability to manage IT team on a day-to-day basis
• 10+ years IT experience with at least 2 years in a $500M+ and/or Global Business.

• Fluent in English; second language would be preferred.
• General knowledge of all IT disciplines and technology platforms.
• Knowledge of standards and methodology of Project Management Professional (PMP).

Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.

This role serves as the frontline for the NewSpring Technology Team, providing exceptional support across our digital ecosystem, including Rock RMS, data platforms, staff hardware, and campus-specific technology. Primary Responsibilities:
Provide great customer service to anyone who has questions, technology challenges or interacts with the NewSpring Technology Team:

Technical Responsibilities:
Staff and Campus Technology: Provide remote and on-site support for staff and office hardware, ensuring the technology in all campus environments is operating as expected.
Rock RMS & Data: Assist staff with functional support, troubleshooting, and data entry best practices within Rock RMS to ensure data integrity
Web & App: Triaging and documenting user-reported and self-identified bugs for the NewSpring website and mobile app before escalation.
Adhere to and encompass the qualities and characteristics required of NewSpring Church staff members, as defined by the Policies and Procedures Handbook.

· Providing steam, liquid treatments for bed bugs and/or heat treatment applications.
· Assisting with installing wildlife and pest traps, applies caulks or other supplies to fill in gaps/holes in the structure of the house, spays installation (TAP Insulation), uses a respirator and other construction methods to resolve issues.
· Assisting with moisture/vapor barriers in crawl spaces, where services are offered.
· Perform assigned duties on rooftops, in attics, in crawl spaces, and on ladders at least 40ft high, and can take pictures of effected areas and show them to the customer.
· Communicating effectively with customers after, during and after service delivery to assess and meet their needs.
· Continuously monitors infestation/rodent areas and pest application methods (i.e. baits, traps, etc.) after application and communicates progress to customers and operation managers.
· Communicating with sales staff to meet client expectations.
· Participating in ongoing training programs to constantly improve upon skill level.
· Completing and submitting service-related paperwork in a timely and orderly fashion.
· Maintaining assigned service vehicle, equipment and tools in clean/good working condition.
· Adhering and abiding by all driving laws/company policies when operating company vehicles.
· Ability to read and understand product/PPE labels accurately to ensure that they are properly applied, stored and disposed of in compliance with State and Federal laws.
· Inspect properties for additional pest and/or lawn service needs to generate leads and/or proposals and close sales, if necessary.
· Participating in collections efforts.
· Additional projects as assigned.
Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Skills
Required:
· Complete a minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
· Position requires successful completion of 30-day initial training (classroom and field training) and earning minimum of two CEU's annually.
· Must have a valid driver license and be 21 years of age.
· Required to use 40ft+ ladder.
· Must be able to walk, climb, stoop, reach, crawl, crouch, kneel, push, pull and lift at least 50lbs or more.
· Must have excellent written and verbal communication, with emphasis during telephone calls, follow-ups, and in-person correspondence.
· Ability to calculate basic math.
· Working in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
· Must be able to work Saturdays.
· Must be able to pass a seven-year criminal background check.
· Must be able to pass substance abuse testing.
· Must be able to pass a three-year motor vehicle report and meet minimum eligibility requirements criteria of insurance carrier.

Working Environment
Works in an outside environment and is subject to inclement weather, hot, humid, cold, rainy, and other temperature and weather-related conditions. Employee is subject to sufficient noise to cause the worker to shout to be heard above ambient noise level. Works with chemicals and other industry-related products.
Working Conditions/Physical Requirements
Employees are required to have visual acuity to operate motor vehicles and/or heavy equipment. Subject to outside environmental conditions including atmospheric conditions of one or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory systems: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation. No effective protection from the weather and from temperature changes. Works frequently in close quarters, attics, crawl spaces, small, enclosed rooms, and other areas that could cause claustrophobia. Employees are subject to hazards which include on a ladder up to 40 ft high. Physical requirements include exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of forces frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move object in addition to climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, grasping, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.
