(40%) Planning and Project Management * Plan and support computer system and laptop deployments, as well as software upgrades. * Develop and implement comprehensive technology refresh process and plan. * Develop and manage department budgets. * Work closely with decision makers in other departments to identify, recommend, develop, implement and support cost-effective technology solutions. * Plan system development to meet long-term needs and future operational requirements. Make recommendations on the procurement and implementation of new technologies concerning the replacement of obsolete or inefficient systems. * Provide leadership, operations oversight and coordination for the successful implementation of department and College projects.
