About the Role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Proactively respond to and pursue all inbound leads and sales opportunities.
Conduct outbound calls and sourcing activities to generate new business.
Conduct needs-based analyses to assess client risks and recommend appropriate personal lines coverage solutions.
Develop competitive, accurate quotes and present proposals to clients professionally.

Accurately maintain client records and policy details in the agency management system (AMS).
Prepare, submit, and process applications, endorsements, renewals, and other policy documentation.
Manage billing inquiries and facilitate the resolution of accounting matters.
Compliance & Professionalism:
Adhere strictly to all state insurance regulations, carrier agreements, and company policies
Maintain required insurance licensure and pursue continuing education and professional designations (e.g., CIC, CPIA).
