Distinguishing Characteristics
Active Texas General Lines P&C and/or L&H license
2-3 years of experience in insurance sales or business development
Experience with insurance systems such as Applied Epic or CRM tools preferred
Ability to build trust, explain complex concepts, and deliver tailored insurance solutions
