Hemmersbach is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, both consumers, and enterprises, in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have experience working with HP servers, data centers, printers, and PCs. This role requires a high level of customer service skills, as you will be the face of Hemmersbach in our clients' locations. You must be comfortable with long-distance driving, as this is a high-demand role that may vary depending on location.
Responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients, ensuring they are satisfied with the support provided. This includes responding promptly to client requests for technical support, either on-site or remotely, depending on the client's needs and the project's scope.
Performing equipment installations, upgrades, and repairs for clients' printers, PCs/Data Centers, servers, and other IT equipment.
Providing technical support for HP servers and data center equipment, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and network issues. This includes diagnosing and resolving server and data center-related issues, ensuring client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service.
Collaborating with other members of the team, including dispatch, project managers, engineers, and other technicians, to ensure seamless delivery of support services.
Managing and maintaining inventory of spare parts and equipment, providing accurate and timely updates to clients and management regarding the status of technical issues, while adhering to safety and quality procedures at all times.
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in IT support (printers, HP servers, data centers, and enterprise-level projects).
Willingness to commute long distances between customer sites and must have a valid driver's license.
Experience in technical support or a similar role, with experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and networking issues.
Excellent time management skill
Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50+ lbs.
Available to work a rotational 24/7 on-call; scheduled shift.

The Network Analyst III is a senior position within the team, is a subject matter expert, and functions as a primary and an escalation resource for the team. The network analyst III is expected to participate in the mentoring and development of junior staff. All network analysts support the MSU community, including end users. The incumbent in this position serves as part of a team that supports the communication infrastructure for the Billings Clinic health system. Responsibilities for this position include providing support, security, maintenance and optimization of the video/voice infrastructure in order to facilitate and enhance the delivery of health care services in Billings Clinic and its regional partners. **Job Description**
As a Electrical Engineer, on the Power Systems Studies group you will work directly with some of the world's largest technology companies and other mission-critical clients. You will serve as an electrical engineer on projects, design calculations, write technical reports, and prepare documents. Experience in performing short circuit analysis and producing arc flash studies is required. You will also coordinate with other Olsson teams, professional staff, technical staff, and clients. You may travel to job sites for observation and attend client meetings.

Infrastructure Engineer for Browser Development builds reliable, automated, and scalable infrastructure for Chromium-based browser teams. This role focuses on CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and development environments to support fast-paced browser innovation.
Responsibilities
* Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for builds and testing (TeamCity, Jenkins, etc.).
* Support and evolve Chromium browser development infrastructure.
* Configure monitoring and alerting systems (Sentry, Datadog).
* Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS), Linux servers, and virtual environments.
* Develop automation scripts in Bash and Python.
* Ensure high availability, resilience, and security of development infrastructure.
* Collaborate with developers to optimize workflows and resolve incidents.
Requirements
* 3+ years in software development infrastructure, preferably Chromium browsers.
