Northrop Grumman is seeking experienced Operations Manager to support a maintenance program with Northrop Grumman in Lake Charles, LA. The Navy E-6 is an airborne command post and communications relay based on the Boeing 707 platform The aircraft are utilized primarily for long-range patrols along the entire U.S. border, and in source and transit zone countries. This platform, now modified to the E-6B standard, conveys instructions from the National Command Authority to fleet ballistic missile submarines, a mission known as TACAMO ("Take Charge And Move Out").

Your duties include:

Job Summary:

A Club4Fitness Regional Personal Training Manager is responsible recruiting for, hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new and existing personal trainers to become get acclimated to the performance expectations of the Club4Fitness personal training program as well as to ensure that the program grows and/or maintains targeted levels of monthly production. \At all times, the Personal Training Manager must demonstrate a thorough understanding and ability to perform all aspects of the personal trainer position along with full understanding of organizational and departmental policies, is expected to disseminate changes in policy, procedure, or performance expectations to his/her department in a clear, concise, and timely manner while representing the organization positively.

Schedules trainings so as to ensure that personal training staff personnel develop a thorough working knowledge of the current POS system
Coaches personal trainers on running an effective consultation for a prospective training client; Shadows previously trained personal trainers to evaluate their proficiency on providing client consultations
Instills in the personal training staff all fundamental skills related efficiency of appointment setting for fitness consultations and overall prospecting within his/her assigned personal training department
Leads all personal training staff by example in knowing, following, and understanding specific personal training and also C4F policies and procedures, with an emphasis on full understanding of current personal training cancel/freeze policies/procedures
Conducts session quality reviews of existing personal training staff within the assigned region
Supports the Personal Training Director by effectively disseminating new personal training sales strategies, as rolled out by the Personal Training Director
Performs consults (monthly minimums as determined by Persona Training Director)
Understands departmental KPI's and metrics such that s/he can successfully support Club and organizational efforts to improve overall personal training sales growth as well as guide the development of individual personal trainers while they build clientele
Responsible for promoting client retention in his/her assigned Clubs by maintaining a strong team of skilled professionals and providing support, direction, and education to them, as needed
Trains (and assigns) personal training staff on monthly trainer business plans as well as daily/weekly reporting
Oversees assigned PT managers and leads within the region working closely with them and all PT staff within the designated region to ensure company financial and customer satisfaction goals are met
Drives the implementation of company programs by motivating and supporting club team within the region to develop and implement action plans that meet operational and organizational objectives.
Responsible for assisting in the achievement of club PT goals within assigned clubs
Responsible for identifying, interviewing, and hiring personal training managers and to assist PT Managers in hiring additional PT staff in assigned clubs
Demonstrate successful leadership as well as techniques - both sales, training, and recruiting/hiring; leading by example
Train, coach, monitor PT team successes, and holding PT Managers accountable at assigned clubs
Responsible for counseling, disciplining, and termination of PT Managers and assisting PT Managers when addressing the same with PT staff in assigned clubs
Communicates effectively with upper-management about all successes, deficiencies, concerns/problems, identified areas of improvement, etc. regarding assigned region
Communicates and drives company policy, procedure, and vision in all areas of management
Drives PT revenue through personal sales meeting minimum requirements for Regional PT position as well as through effective management of assigned PT teams
May choose to maintain a regular personal training schedule alongside responsibilities described above

Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1) Knowledge, skills & abilities:
Experienced Certified Personal Trainer with previous experience
Knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics so as to assess and provide necessary guidance in regard to functional training for women during pregnancy as well as to members recovering from illness or injury and improve repetitive motions or offer alternative to endurance and/or strength training activities
The ability to pass a personal training Strength and Conditioning Assessment
Both detail- and results-oriented with high degree of professionalism and organizational skills and an ability to multi-task
Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills
Desire and capacity to train all fitness levels
Excellent communication and customer service skills, including gregarious personality, an innate ability to motivate and inspire, and unstoppable energy
Demonstrated ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within teams
2) Minimum certifications/education/experience level:
High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required; 2- or 4-yr degree in an exercise science or related field is preferred
Previous personal training sales experience, a plus
Must hold a current fitness certification from an approved education company such as ACSM, ACE, NASM, NCSA, AFFA, NFPT (NCCA Certified)
Must be CPR/AED certified

The Plant Operations Manager is responsible for the overall maintenance, functionality, and safety of our facility's physical plant and equipment. This role includes supervision of maintenance personnel, management of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.), and coordination with other departments to ensure operational excellence.
The ideal candidate is organized, safety-conscious, and experienced in facility operations. While HVAC knowledge and experience are highly valued, they are not required for this position.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plant and facility systems
Manage and schedule preventative maintenance and repair activities
Lead and supervise the maintenance team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards (OSHA, fire codes, etc.)
Maintain accurate records of equipment, inspections, and maintenance logs
Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized work when necessary
Assist in budgeting for operations, repairs, and capital improvements
Respond to facility emergencies and troubleshoot system issues promptly
Collaborate with department heads to prioritize facility needs and minimize downtime
Implement energy-saving initiatives and sustainability practices
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associates or Bachelors degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
Experience:
Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in facilities or plant operations
Prior supervisory or management experience required
Experience with building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) strongly preferred
Basic Computer Knowledge
Certifications:
OSHA 10/30 Certification is a plus (willingness to obtain)
EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification a plus
Trade certifications (e.g., electrical, plumbing) are advantageous

Position Summary:
The Vaccine Sales Director (VSD) is a key field leadership role responsible for driving commercial performance across a team of Pediatric, Adult, and Hybrid Immunization Specialists (IS). The VSD will lead day-to-day sales execution of GSK Vaccines' strategic priorities within their district, ensuring strong sales performance, team development, and operational excellence.
This role reports to the Vaccine Sales Lead (VSL) and is a key member of the Area Sales Leadership Team.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership and Business Performance
* Lead and direct IS teams to achieve or exceed vaccine sales, coverage, and market share goals
* Translate national and area-level sales strategy into action plans tailored to their district
* Identify growth opportunities and diagnose performance gaps using market insights and analytics
* Ensure alignment between local execution and broader Vaccines Business Unit (VBU) priorities
* Ensure teams leverage digital tools and data to enhance their targeting and Good Selling Outcomes (GSOs) goals

* Recruit, develop, and retain top performing IS talent across Pediatric, Adult, and Hybrid teams

Customer Engagement and Sales Execution
* Ensure the IS team effectively communicates the clinical value and benefits of GSK vaccines to HCPs and other account staff to support in-office immunization and/or a strong referral process
* Support team in implementing promotional initiatives, local educational events, and product launches
* Monitor team performance in vaccine uptake, adoption, and compliance with approved processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Operational Excellence
* Work closely with the area Account Management team to ensure alignment with strategy and agreed on action plans for large, organized customers (e.g. Health system and State awardees)
* Partner with Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to resolve operational barriers
* Share field insights with leadership to inform strategy adjustments and resource allocation.
* Uphold GSK standards for compliant, high-quality customer engagement and documentation.

Required Education
Bachelor's Degree in a related field (Healthcare Administration, Public Health or equivalent experience.
Required Experience
At least 7 - 10 years of experience in Managed Care and/or health plan quality. Clinical experience is needed for positions that are focused on Accreditation, Compliance, HEDIS Interventions, Potential Quality of Care issues, and medical record abstraction. Technical and strategy experience is needed for positions focused on interventions.
Preferred Education
Master's Degree in a related field

Job Duties
As a District Manager, you will oversee the performance of your regional sales team, ensuring the achievement of sales goals and alignment with company objectives. Through regular field visits, you will provide real-time coaching, feedback, and support to foster a culture of accountability and high performance. Partnering with team members you will develop strategies to close more strategic sales opportunities and directly contribute to regional revenue growth. Additional Responsibilities
* Responsible for assisting the team to prospect clients.
* Maintain existing/prospective client records, in accordance with company policies, to include call notes, scheduled client interactions, contact information, and other relevant client information, in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system; currently Atlas.
* Responsible for making sure the team achieves minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments, to secure quota.
* Continuously build and develop knowledge of current product/service portfolio as well as changes and developments within the financial technology industry, to remain up-to-date.
* Attend and lead weekly team meetings and weekly one-on-one with your leader.
* Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
