Summary: The Shift Lead supports the Restaurant General Manager and Store Assistant General Manager in their efforts to oversee all the restaurant operations. The Shift Lead assists in management activities including ensuring excellence in both product quality and customer service and overall supervision, during assigned shifts. Succession Planning • This position is designed to be a developmental role for those associates desiring a position as Store Assistant General Manager in the future. This position provides the Shift Lead with the opportunity to develop the skills needed for promotion.
