Meta is seeking a Manager for the central operations team who will be a key leader in Meta's Data Center energy organization. In this role, you will manage a group of energy coordinators, analysts, and specialists. In close coordination with Meta's Global Energy leadership team, your team will be responsible for providing critical operational and analytical support across the energy team, working seamlessly with cross-functional partners and scaling new systems and processes. Key team functions include the evaluation and engagement in regulatory dockets and utility stakeholder processes at state public utilities commissions or regional transmission organizations; providing industry research; managing the contracting process (including budgeting, administration, and compliance) for utility interconnection agreements, energy supply contracts, and professional service agreements; and tracking and reporting of energy-related expenditures.
