What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs. What skills & experience you'll need: Associate's degree in mechanical engineering or electrical engineering or related field preferred. The ability to troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical problems. The ability to locally support advanced troubleshooting efforts by remote members of the ECRE team. Knowledge of the safe operation of high, medium, and low voltage electrical distribution equipment. Proficient computer technology skills, including ability to utilize company authorized software. Ability to read and understand basic electrical and mechanical drawings. Detail & process oriented with strong problem resolution abilities.
