Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. Computer experience and aptitude. Previous experience with corporate phone systems or switchboards. Patience in dealing with confused or irate customers. Problem-solving skills, and the ability to think under pressure. Commitment to continual education about the company, products, and services. Must have computer Some troubleshooting may be required depending on the customer scenario. Bi-lingual is a plus! A background check and proof of identification are required. Applicants must reside in the United States and be 18 years or older. This position is a virtual (at home) position in which the individual must have or provide their own equipment. No equipment will be provided.
