Distribution Manager We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Distribution Manager to help manage our day-to-day distribution operations. This individual will be responsible for managing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, and ensuring all processes run smoothly to meet company standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, dispatch experience, experience in coordination and warehouse management, and a commitment to operational excellence. Responsibilities: Oversee daily distribution operations including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment on all 3 shifts. Shift flexibility for 3 shift operation, including some weekends. 2+ years of dispatch experience. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities. Proficiency with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite specifically Excel.
