Provide monthly Progress Reports by due date to supervisor to referring agencies and Kid Traks (if applicable) as well as any other specific written or verbal information requested by referring agencies. Provide Treatment Plans, Safety Plans, and other required clinical documents/resources/tools within 7-30 days of referral to referral agencies. Updated Treatment Plans are due no less than every 90 days to supervisor for review and sent to referral source by pre-arranged due dates. If applicable, complete visitation/parenting time logs and send to referral sources within 48 hours of services rendered ensuring all required sections of log are compliance with current state content standards. Internship Assignment Summary: Perform testing to evaluate assay or instrument performance characteristics Prepare proper documentation of test results and present findings of research at end of assignment Familiarize yourself with each of the different genomics platforms within the department and their relationship to clinical trial testing Engage with both validation/development and production teams to enhance understanding of the scope and scale of testing Education/Qualifications/Skills: Working towards bachelor's degree in genomics or a related field Has experience delivering multiple projects in an academic or professional setting Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and internal/external colleagues Embraces diverse ways of thinking through various forms collaboration and partnership This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
