Summary
The HumanResources & Recruitment Intern provides support to the HumanResources Department with a wide range of daily tasks and projects involving HR compliance, recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and general administrative responsibilities. This internship is designed to offer broad exposure to HumanResources operations and Talent Acquisition processes to help the intern develop practical knowledge and professional experience.
Essential Job Responsibilities

Assist with candidate sourcing and resume review.

Essential Job Qualifications

In This Role:

Roles and Responsibilities:
Role Summary/Purpose
The Electronic Analyzer & Tester's primary duty is to ensure that military and commercial avionics products perform their specifications in a satisfactory manner. Responsibilities include administering standardized functional and environmental tests and troubleshooting from a system level down to component level.
Essential Responsibilities:
Understand and follow test specifications and procedures
Ensure product compliance and quality
Troubleshoot electronics systems, circuit card assemblies, and components
Prescribe rework instructions for products needing repair
Maintain product test records in quality data tracking system
Attend and participate in team meetings
Qualifications/Requirements:
Associate degree in an electronics technology discipline from an accredited university or college OR
High School Diploma / GED with two years of technical experience in testing and troubleshooting of highly technical electronic products which could include military electronics experience (i.e. A school, I level depo technician)
Must be active military personnel
Eligibility Requirement:
Able and willing to complete and pass the pre employment electronic principle's test, covering but not limited to such subjects as component identification and digital and analog circuit analysis
Desired Characteristics:
Possess a thorough understanding of analog and digital circuits
Experienced with general purpose test instruments (digital multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, function generators, phase angle voltmeters and automated test equipment)
Able to fault isolate electronics to the component level
Experienced in functional testing and environmental stress screening of class 3 electronics systems
Able to follow technical procedures and specifications
Able to read and understand technical documentation such as schematic diagrams and parts lists
Experience using hand tools for electronics disassembly and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of IPC 610 & J-STD soldering specifications
Basic understanding of embedded software
Familiar with Electric Static Discharge precautions
Ability to work under minimum supervision by being motivated and a self-starter
Keen attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and PDF Viewers.

Overview
The EHS Intern will assist and support our EHS Team with essential projects while gaining invaluable experience for their future career. Key projects and tasks include but are not limited to:
Support of EHS Owners' Partnership Services, projects and tasks
Sound Level Surveys
Fall Protection Anchor Point assessment
JHA training
Confined Space evaluations
Policy summaries
Annual Audiogram scheduling & administration
CPR/First Aid/AED Training scheduling

A successful intern achieves their project milestones and supports the EHS department's quarterly Rock and Service goals to reduce PADNOS risks
Outcomes
Weekly:
Project milestones execution
Perform Partnership Services (Audits, ISA, Training, Investigations, Safety Alerts); 1/month with EHS Owner
Monthly:
Report on & update personal goal page status; 1x/mth
Confined Space equipment audits & calibrations; 1x/mth
