Qualifications of Senior HumanResources Specialist - Automotive Parts Manufacturer

Position Summary
The HumanResources Generalist is responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the facility's HumanResources Department in accordance with company policies, accreditation standards, and all applicable state and federal laws. Key Responsibilities
Support the daily operations of the HumanResources Department
Coordinate and manage recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring

Maintain accurate personnel, medical, and education files in compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements

Education
