**Job Description**
This role provides service to employees and business stakeholders. The HRG partners with the HRM, HR team members and business leaders to execute Amcor's strategic business initiatives and the Human Capital Strategy. At this level, the HRG provides an intermediate level of business data and analytics. This individual is responsible for the tactical management of daily HR operations, including the administration of policies, procedures and programs. This is an individual contributor role that typically reports to the HRM.

**District Overview**
HR Operations is an integral partner and service provider at Kiewit. In recent years, we have gone from decentralized HR groups to a unified, shared service team, with various HR Centers of Excellence. Our vision is to be a best-in-class international HR organization. This Field HR role will be with our TIC-Power team on their construction project site.
**Location**
This position is based out of Asbury, MO in a construction field environment. Local candidates are preferred, but non-local candidates will also be considered.
**Responsibilities**

**Qualifications**
- 2-4 years of profeesional administrative work experience. Some HumanResources experience is preferred

Responsibilities:
Operate manual and/or automatic screen-printing equipment
Prepare screens, inks, and materials for daily production
Ensure quality control and color accuracy on all printed products
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with setup, breakdown, and inventory of printing supplies
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Qualifications:
