Required Skills and Education
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. With three-five years of experience in Human Resources, recruiting payroll, employee documentation, and maintaining confidential information.
This position requires high attention to detail, the ability to work in ambiguous situations, and little direction to get things done. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is highly recommended. The ability to work in high-pressure situations with tight deadlines and maintain a positive attitude is a must for this role. Must be able to work with a team. Knowledge of WorkDay and Plex programs for Human Resources processes and timekeeping is preferred.
