This position will serve as first-line IT support and assist with system setup, day-to-day troubleshooting, and ongoing technical support for internal users across global teams. Key Responsibilities: Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and basic network-related issues. Install, configure, maintain, and ensure proper operation of IT assets including desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
