**RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ **InTouch Center & Front Line Support**
+ Provide after-hours on-call telephone support and direct escalation support to Customer Engineers and Customer Solution Specialists (CSS). Mentor CSS to improve call resolution and author product knowledge articles to increase effectiveness. Establish and monitor procedures to maintain the integrity and quality of the Service problem/solution database.
+ Partner with Service field leadership to identify, escalate, and resolve customer issues through the Alert process. Recommend corrective actions based on product expertise, provide on-site support when required, and develop escalation pathways to CMSC (Japan) and Canon Medical Research (CMRU). Standardize and disseminate critical technical information, develop troubleshooting flowcharts, and recommend tools or equipment that improve productivity and reduce costs. Identify potential product issues, perform root cause analysis, and continuously improve alert and escalation processes.
+ **InnerVision Development**
+ Define future functional and feature needs for InnerVision based on field experience. Assist with testing, deployment, and optimization of upgrades and enhancements. Develop and refine internal processes using Best Practice principles to support daily operational needs.
+ **CMSC & NPI Support**
+ Differentiate product issues from routine service issues and investigate root causes. Serve as a technical liaison between Front Line teams and CMSC to identify, quantify, and resolve ongoing product concerns. Provide technical expertise to the CMSU Business Unit during NPI activities.
+ **Training Academy Support**
+ Contribute technical knowledge to the development of training curriculum aligned with evolving business needs. Support instructional delivery, lab oversight, and competency assessments as required.
+ **Overall Service & Business Performance**
+ Analyze InTouch cases to identify trends, recurring issues, and root causes across processes, hardware, software, and logistics. Develop and promote standardized troubleshooting methodologies, technical bulletins, and best practices that improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs. Establish measurement systems, influence service information systems, and provide financial impact analysis to support profitability-driven corrective actions.
+ **Customer & Internal Technical Support**
+ Work directly with eligible external customers to remotely troubleshoot and resolve product issues via phone and remote tools. Collaborate with Clinical Support teams to analyze complex issues, monitor service alerts from installed systems, escalate issues as needed, and generate knowledge articles in accordance with established P&P.
**QUALIFICATIONS**
+ Previous technical support or field service experience at journey level demonstrating strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

About this Position
Serve as a supporting Construction & Contract Services Department team member for supporting the contract manager in detailed contracting, purchasing, soliciting, payment, and documentation aspects of all service contracts, construction contracts, requests for proposals, Architect/Engineering contracts, and other contracted items.
This position will be expected to interact with customers at various levels of the University and other employees in a professional manner that enhances work effectiveness for the Construction & Contract Services Department. Work may be required and scheduled during non-business hours, which include evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays. The management staff will determine when overtime or modified work hours are warranted.
Due to the communication expectations of the position, the incumbent will be required to maintain a personal cell phone and remain continually available both during and after normal working hours. Work is conducted in a typical office environment and will include working with office automation equipment, files, etc.
Must be able to occasionally move about or remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Must use appropriate personal protective equipment as required (gloves, safety glasses,etc). These items are provided and not for personal use. Must work safely and promote a safe work environment.

About this Position
The Payroll Systems Analyst oversees the end-to-end Student Employment and Student Payroll process for Langston University. This position is responsible for managing the University's Student Employment Program, ensuring compliance with institutional policies and federal/state employment regulations, and maintaining accuracy in student payroll processing. The Payroll Systems Analyst also provides technical oversight for electronic timesheets, payroll redistributions, and electronic personnel action forms (EPAFs), as well as serves as a backup for faculty and staff payroll functions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Student Employment Program Administration
* Develop, implement, and oversee all aspects of the Student Employment Program, including policies, procedures, compliance, and placement.
* Manage the student employment hiring process, including job postings, onboarding (I-9/W-4/E-Verify), and orientation.
* Maintain and update the Student Employment Handbook and Procedures Manual.
* Conduct student employment workshops for student workers and supervisors each semester.
* Facilitate the Student Worker Orientation Program and coordinate student evaluations.
* Serve as the primary liaison between HR, Financial Aid, and supervisors of student employees.
* Prepare and submit reports such as the Federal Work Study report and other statistical or compliance-related surveys.

Leadership
* Lead and champion the implementation of the corporate defined security program set forth by the Center for Internet Security (CIS) and defined as the 18 Critical Security Controls (CSC 18) or any other adopted security framework such as NIST, SANS, etc.
* Act as the Incident Response (IR) Coordinator as defined by the Corporate Cybersecurity Incident Response Plan. Coordinate the mitigation and remediation of detected vulnerabilities with the cooperation of applicable IT Department team members to maintain a high security standard.
* Coordinate and/or lead tabletop exercises to test the Incidence Response plan and associated IR Playbooks. Revise the IR plan and IR Playbooks if necessary and review with the team.
