About the Position
Lutheran Social Services is excited to expand our Crisis Team in Adams and Juneau Counties. We are seeking dedicated Crisis Service Professionals to provide on‑call crisis response, risk assessments, and mobile support to individuals experiencing mental health emergencies.
This role offers a flexible on‑call schedule, including options for 8 or 16 hour shifts starting at either 4:30 PM or 12 AM. While most responsibilities occur during on‑call hours, some daytime availability is required for supervision, staff meetings, and training.
What You'll Do
Respond to crisis calls and provide mobile crisis response when needed
Conduct risk assessments and determine appropriate interventions
Provide brief crisis counseling and follow‑up services
Meet with clients in homes, hospitals, law enforcement settings, or community locations
Respond to potential suicide or emergency calls
Gather information from interviews, records, and collateral contacts
Assess client needs and connect them to appropriate community resources
Maintain strong working relationships with county staff, law enforcement, courts, and community partners
Document all client interactions in compliance with county, state, and federal requirements
Identify gaps in services and recommend improvements
Stay informed on laws, procedures, and best practices related to crisis services
Support the mission, vision, and values of LSS
Perform additional duties as assigned
QualificationsEducation & Experience
Bachelor's degree required in Human Services or a related field (Examples: criminal justice, psychology, social work, sociology, counseling, vocational rehabilitation)
Minimum one year of experience working with mental health clients strongly preferred

Ability to learn DHS and Wisconsin Statutes Chapters 34, 51 and 55

Lead milestone feature signoff process in partnership with counterpart FSE.
Develop feature validation plan including functional, performance, Functional Safety V&V, Cybersecurity and regulatory requirements as applicable. Determine Software and Hardware pedigree required to complete validation.
Provide tester teams with test cases, software and hardware pedigrees and any additional information needed to complete validation.
Coordinate Feature Validation Plan execution and support
Lead triaging and issues resolution during the entire feature development cycle.
Assess test results to ensure compliance with test/requirements passing criteria.
Identify, assess (P-rating and Criticality Prioritization Number), document (i.e. JIRA defect ticket) and develop/lead resolution plan for test results defects in alignment with New Model Launch timing guidelines.
Lead the feature validation report creation, ensuring that it meets the highest standard of signoff criteria.
Review test results and report with corresponding FAE supervisor to complete signoffs.
Review and complete feature VSCS (Vehicle Specific Configuration Specification) signoffs as applicable by milestone.
Develop and lead DRP (Deliverable Recovery Plan) approval as needed (i.e. P0/P1 defects at FEC milestone) for non-conformance signoffs.
Lead Voice of the Customer / AIM feature issues resolution in alignment with New Model Launch timing guidelines.
Create, access and maintain JIRA tickets throughout the entire feature lifecycle (development and production) assigned to Feature Assurance Engineering.
Identify opportunities to enhance the robustness of feature signoff validation testing and process.
Assist FSEs to develop, maintain, and improve test cases.
Lead the triaging and resolution of feature quality issues in the field.
Develop negative test cases and Feature Assurance Test Procedures including stress testing to address multi-interface conflicts, edge case, and unexpected I/O conditions.
Maintain a real-time, comprehensive open issue list within Jira, ensuring accurate categorization, detailed descriptions, and clear assignment. Regularly review, track, and provide detailed progress reports on all open issues to relevant stakeholders (e.g., weekly status meetings, bi-weekly program reviews). All test results and supporting engineering artifacts (e.g., CAN logs, Bus Queries, diagnostic traces, video recordings) must be consistently uploaded and linked within Jira for full traceability and analysis
Proactively communicating task progress and status to designated leaders through specified channels (e.g., JIRA), creating and maintaining Jira Dashboards as applicable, clearly, concisely, and effectively communicating complex technical systems, identified issues, and proposed resolutions to diverse audiences, including engineering teams, program management, and leadership. This includes preparing and delivering technical presentations, written reports, and contributing to decision-making processes.

SUMMARY
The IT Security & Compliance Administrator is responsible for safeguarding the tribal government's digital infrastructure, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and tribal regulations, and implementing best practices in cybersecurity. This role plays a critical part in protecting sensitive tribal data, maintaining system integrity, and supporting the sovereignty and operational continuity of tribal government services.
EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, InformationTechnology, or a related field.
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent preferred.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

The RPG Programmer Analyst performs the job of both a systems analyst and a computer programmer. Systems analysts design and develop software and computer systems. Computer programmers implement the designs by writing computer programs as well as updating and repairing existing programs. The programmer's role will be to provide and assist in a variety of services developing and maintaining the vast array of application systems, including the operation and administration of the IBMi platform.
Responsibilities:
· Consult with department heads to determine the role of the IT system in an organization.
· Research emerging technologies to evaluate whether they can increase the organization's efficiency and effectiveness.
· Prepare an analysis of costs and benefits so management can decide if information systems and computing infrastructure upgrades are financially worthwhile.
· Devise ways to add new functionality to existing computer systems. · Design and develop new systems by choosing and configuring hardware and software.
· Installation and configuration of new systems and customize them for the organization.
· Conduct testing to ensure that the systems work as expected.
· Maintain IBMi power systems platform, manage and maintain database systems.
· Train the system's end users and write instruction manuals.
· Monitor and respond to trouble tickets in a timely manner.
· Provide technical support for local and remote users. Maintain relationships with employees of various departments to ensure open lines of communications exist to facilitate the timely and efficient transfer of policies, procedures, knowledge, etc. exist across the entire organization.
Qualifications
Requirements:
· Education - Bachelor's degree from a college or university in the field of InformationTechnology or equivalent combination of education and experience
· Some level of professional experience with RPG in a related capacity; internship experience may apply
· Communication Skills - To perform this position successfully, you should be able to effectively communicate with users of all knowledge levels in both written and verbal forms of communication
· Excellent software development and object-oriented design fundamentals
· Strong background in architecture in software applications
· Experience with SQL, RPG, ILE, FREE, CL programming languages and IBMi.
* Candidates must have at least 2 years of professional experience with RPG.

The IT Support Technician is a vital part of Interlochen, ensuring the seamless operation of technology in a dynamic and creative environment. This role provides technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance across campus, ensuring that hardware, software, and network systems run efficiently. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Technology Support: Provide technical assistance across various support channels, troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues efficiently.
Technology Deployment: Set up and configure laptops, desktops, classroom equipment, printers, and audiovisual equipment for campus use.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with faculty, staff, and administrators to understand and address technology needs; contribute to team projects such as operating system upgrades.
Customer Service: Deliver responsive, user-friendly support to faculty, staff, students, and guests; educate users on best practices and troubleshoot common technical problems.
Technology Systems & Training: Learn and support Interlochen's technology systems, learning management system, classroom technology, and meeting space technology.
Support Channels: Assist users in person, over the phone, and through the IT support ticketing system.
Fast-Paced Team Environment: Work effectively in a dynamic setting to ensure smooth technology operations.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination: Occasionally interact with external vendors and contractors to support major IT functions.
Project Management: Balance project work with daily technical support duties while maintaining strong attention to detail.
System Maintenance & Upgrades: Assist in maintaining and updating systems, including mac OS, Google Workspace, and educational technology platforms like Canvas.
1+ year of IT help desk support or an equivalent 2+ year degree or related certifications (required).
Experience in a school or educational setting (preferred).
Familiarity with mac OS, Google Workspace, and educational technology such as Canvas (preferred).
Ability to manage and balance project work with daily support duties.
Highly motivated with strong organizational skills.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
