Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a well-qualified Staff level Windows and Virtualization Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Classified Solutions team of technical professionals. This will be an lead / technical architect role in support of the Software Development Environment for the Sentinel program.
Please note that due to the classified nature of this program, the selected candidate will be required to work on-site, full-time, at one of the following locations:
Roy, Utah, Huntsville, Alabama, Annapolis Junction, Maryland, Melbourne, Florida, San Antonio, Texas, or Colorado Springs, CO, Bellevue NE, or Redondo Beach, California. This is not a remote position.
Roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
Perform administration of Virtualization and Storage platforms across the site, among other technologies.
Lead and become a valuable member of the team supporting various technologies.
Manage and support various components of the technical infrastructure, including Hypervisors, storage, infrastructure solutions, system updates, patching, and administration of various IT systems.
Provide support to end users and other staff in resolution of more complex issues related to software tools, applications, databases, and system access
Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with network, software, and system engineers, PC desktop technicians, project managers, end users, and customer and IT management.
Administer backup and recovery services, manage file systems and disk space, and manage virus protection on a routine basis.Adhere to strict Information Systems security guidelines in all cases.
Maintain security audit and logging information on all classified networks as directed by the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM).
Work under minimal direction and independently determine and develop approach to solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 12 years of related experience, or Master's degree with 9 years of related experience; a High School diploma or equivalent with an additional 16 years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a completed degree.
The selected candidate will need to have an active Secret DoD clearance
The selected candidate will be required to obtain a finalized DoD Top Secret security clearance once hired and within a reasonable time frame and a Special Access Program (SAP/SAR) clearance; maintaining these required clearances will be a condition of continued employment.
IAT Level II certification (ex: Security+ CE) or greater; maintaining the required certification will be a condition of continued employment.
Experience architecting virtualization and storage solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IS related field.
Current DoD Top Secret or DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Experience maintaining a containerized environment.
Experience with system engineering other environments.
Experience operating under and managing systems within DCSA, DCID 6/3-ICD 503, RMF, STIG, JAFAN, or JSIG information system environments.
VMWare experience/certification; experience with vCenter, ESXi environments v6.5+
Experience with VDI deployments (Horizon, Hyper-V)
Mastery of Windows domain architecture, to include AD, LDAP, RADIUS, and certificate authorities.
Knowledge of SAN storage systems (NetApp OnTap, E-Series, and other vendor solutions).
Experience with various backup solutions (Cohesity, PPDM)
Primary Level Salary Range: $134,300.00 - $201,500.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. JOB SUMMARY:
Our customer is the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) located at Hill Air Force Base, UT and acts as the provider of GIG/Defense Information System Network (DISN) services to its customers, the department of Defense (DoD) and national security organizations. The core telecommunications capabilities supported by GSM-O enables the Warfighter to meet operational needs by providing world-wide telecommunications, supporting natural disaster relief, and conducting humanitarian assistance in peace time crises, regional conflicts, and at the same time executing on-going strategic deterrence activities. This position directly supports the DISA-provided GIG capabilities and services in our 24x7 Global Network Support Center (GNSC) working in our Transport, IP, and / or Unified Capabilities (UC) NOC.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Conduct network and telecommunications system incident investigation.
+ Identify and document network errors and solutions.
+ Analyze network and telecommunications alarms and identify potential issues.
+ Configure, test, install, troubleshoot, and maintain network devices such as firewalls, cryptographic devices, and routers to optimize performance and ensure the desired security posture is attained and maintained.
+ Configure, test, install, troubleshoot, and maintain network devices, phone systems, including phone units, voicemail, switches, infrastructure, call manager systems, Video Teleconference (VTC) systems video recording/viewing/distribution systems, and related telecommunications trunk circuits.
+ Configure, test, install, troubleshoot, and maintain network devices including MSPP, Promina, ATM, and Optical.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
+ High School Diploma and 3+ yrs of relevant technical discipline; additional related years of experience is accepted in lieu of a degree.
+ Hold DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent) prior to start date.
+ Able to work in a shift work environment as we are a 24/7 operation.
+ Experience with one or more of the following: alarm surveillance, fault management, LAN maintenance, performance management.
+ Expertise in one or more of the following: routers, switches, crypto devices, routing, DSN/DRSN, GVS, Promina, CISCO, MSPP, Optical Switching.
+ General understanding of network topologies, both transport and IP.
+ Currently possess an active Secret security clearance.

Building Systems Engineer - HVAC Mechanical Engineer
Nexeo HR has partnered with a nationally recognized engineering and construction organization to hire HVAC Mechanical Engineers (mid-level and senior) for a direct-hire opportunity in Ogden, Utah. This role supports the design and development of large, complex, mission-critical facilities within a highly regulated environment. Engineers in this role will focus on facility HVAC system design-including ventilation, airflow control, temperature and humidity regulation-working alongside multidisciplinary engineering teams on long-term, high-impact infrastructure programs.
Responsibilities
Design HVAC and ventilation systems for large, complex facilities (data centers, defense, industrial, nuclear, or petrochemical)
Collect HVAC, safety, and system requirements and translate them into compliant designs
Perform airflow calculations, heat load analysis, and equipment sizing/selection
Develop and revise ventilation diagrams, calculations, equipment datasheets, and specifications
Coordinate with multi-discipline engineering teams (structural, electrical, I&C, civil)
Support equipment procurement in accordance with QA and regulatory requirements
Prepare technical reports and resolve design and integration challenges
Support safety analyses and hazard evaluations for regulated facilities
Participate in design reviews and apply redlines and engineering standards
Qualifications
Required Qualifications (Combined Levels)

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
