ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Work with School District Partners (SDP's) to recruit, screen, and qualify students for entry to Pre-Employment Transition Services. * Conduct tours with SDP's, including administrators, educators, students, parents, and other stakeholders. * Conduct student intakes, including outreach, recruitment, and administrative duties for the Pre-ETS program event/process. * Support facilitation of manufacturing and administrative training activities for students participating in onsite Aerospace Internship Program (AIP) at Auburn facilities. * Develop curriculum and lesson plans, and deliver training and classroom instruction to students. * Work closely with Youth Programs counterparts at Auburn Plant 1 and Plant 2 facilities to maintain continuity in program service delivery.
