Minimum Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Two years' experience in education, marketing/outreach, or related field. Two years' experience in human service with emphasis on working with adults 60+. One year of experience using presentation software to create presentations and facilitating presentations to stakeholders. Up to two years of experience may be substituted with education that provides applicable knowledge and skills. Per Sedgwick County Policy, this is a driving level position that requires a valid US driver's license without restrictions and current proof of automobile insurance. Obtain and maintain SHICK Counselor Certification upon hire. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Gerontology, Human Services, Education, Communications, Marketing, Public Administration or a related field.
