We are a very busy, fast paced bakery. Our shift leads who have prior food and restaurant experience thrive in our store and are paid more for their prior experience.
Work with the manager to make sure the right cookies are being mixed, baked and dressed at the right times in order to get them out to the customers. Keeping cookies in stock all day is the name of the game!
In order to keep cookies in stock, we keep inventory organized and communicate across shifts all day using an app. We have lots of digital support from Crumbl with training and techniques. Being able to handle high volume traffic and help direct our crew on which tasks to be on at the right times, helps our store run smoothly to make it a great environment to work in. It also creates great customer service which brings happy, smiling customers into the store week after week.
Many of our shift leads have restaurant/food experience but have no previous baking experience. Enjoying baking is a plus! We have many shifts available from 5am to midnight Monday through Saturday so we can accommodate many schedules as well as full or part time. We are busiest on weekends!

Work with the manager to make sure the right cookies are being mixed, baked and dressed at the right times in order to get them out to the customers. Keeping cookies in stock all day is the name of the game!
In order to keep cookies in stock, we keep inventory organized and communicate across shifts all day using an app. We have lots of digital support from Crumbl with training and techniques. Being able to handle high volume traffic and help direct our crew on which tasks to be on at the right times, helps our store run smoothly to make it a great environment to work in. It also creates great customer service which brings happy, smiling customers into the store week after week.
Many of our shift leads have restaurant/food experience but have no previous baking experience. Enjoying baking is a plus! We have many shifts available from 5am to midnight Monday through Saturday so we can accommodate many schedules as well as full or part time. We are busiest on weekends!
