What You'll do

Purpose and role of job:
Responsible for supervising all production and shift support team members in an efficient manner to achieve the desired quality and quantity of work, regularly interacting with all departments such as Quality, Maintenance, Safety, Human Resources, and Engineering.
Principal Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:

Education and experience requirements:
Minimum of two years of college courses preferred.
Minimum of five years' experience in supervision or other related field preferred.
Advanced knowledge of all processes and equipment.

Basic Purpose and Objectives of the Position
The Shift Manager (SM) is an hourly position that serves to assist management in routine administrative and operational tasks within the restaurant. Focal points include:
