As a Technical Service Representative (TSR), you will support the Packaging Coatings segment focusing on Mid- West accounts. You will manage technical service activities used at packaging manufacturing customer's plants! The TSSR will work directly with internal and external teams to improve the performance of PPG products and work on mutually valuable projects with our customers. You will help advise overall scheduling of TSSR resources for US and Canadian (USCA) including contractors and lead major customer product Secure Launches. You will report to the USCA Technical Sales and Service Representative Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple customer sites while collaborating with customers at various levels to ensure quality and expectations is meeting customer requirements.
Delegate PPG coating technologies to operate successfully in and sometimes outside the established customer operating window.
Handle pre-sales and/or post-sales technicalsupport including commissioning, installation, testing and maintenance service to customers.
May be asked to lead projects, assist with process improvements, and look for cost savings for the customer.
Coordinate, investigate, and recommend new business tools for users as requested.
Qualifications
High School Diploma with a technical background in Chemistry and/or Engineering with 5+ years of proven experience in the can making industry.
Experience with customer quality systems and processes.
May travel extensively insupport of key customer programs.

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Biomedical Equipment Technician - Info/Sys to join our healthcare facility's dynamic team. As a Biomedical Equipment Technician with networking experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, functionality, and safety of our networked medical equipment. Responsibilities:

· Forward bending is also present at the front counter and when stocking ingredients.

Performed occasionally to stock shelves and to clean low areas.

· Reaching is performed continuously; up, down and forward.
· Workers reach above 72" occasionally to turn on/off oven controls, change prices on sign, and lift and lower objects to and from shelves.

Responsibilities
As an Electronics Technician (ET) or Fire Controlman (FC), you may:
Maintain and repair radar, communication, and navigation equipment.
Operate, maintain, and repair fire control radars, mainframe computers, large screen displays, LANs, weapon control consoles, and automatic gun systems.
Troubleshoot and repair electro-mechanical systems used in weapons systems.
Support combat systems readiness aboard aircraft carriers, Aegis cruisers, and other surface ships.
Work Environment

Overview
This is the first of the two technical coordination levels within the Engineering Technician classification series. This position is primarily responsible for supporting the coordination of the technical aspects of transportation projects and programs. Depending on the division and discipline of TDOT where this classification is used, its work could be relegated to project specific activities; data analysis and reporting; compliance and contract fulfilment; sampling, testing, surveying, and calculation; and traffic, work zone, and work site safety. The TDOT Technical Coordinator 1 could spend extensive periods of time in the office utilizing computer programs to complete the duties required and must be technically competent in the development of reports, technical drawings, data analytics, and the analysis of plans documents to create deliverables used in the acquisition of real estate. * Life Insurance: The coverage amount is based on two and one-half times appointment salary rounded up to the next whole thousand with a maximum coverage of $100,000 and includes the same amount of Accidental Death and Dismemberment benefits. The University currently pays the entire cost of coverage.
* Medical, Dental and Prescription Drug Coverage: The cost of coverage is shared between employees and the University. Rates are determined by participation in Wellness Program and use of tobacco products. Coverage is available on the first of the month following appointment date.

Job Summary/Basic Function
The role involves resolving complex issues escalated from the Tier 2 support team and completing assigned tickets efficiently.
