Support Production teams with quality assurance reviews of deliverables to ensure adherence to strategy and brief and guarantee optimal content/campaign performance
Proactively identify and track opportunities to grow assigned accounts, upselling additional digital marketing services to existing clients with support of manager(s)
Manage budgets and account health aligned to company metrics in collaboration with Production teams.
Keep up to date on digital marketing trends, technologies and market leaders, and share this knowledge with colleagues and clients
Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor
REQUIRED SKILLS

Responsibilities:
* Proactively lead a customer strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives.
* Maintain strong relationships with a level of customer organizations including senior management, procurement, operations, technical and supply chain.
* Negotiate pricing, and contract terms with current and potential customers to achieve profitability goals.
* Provide technical and applications support to our customers on the utilization and handling of our products.
* Identify and develop growth opportunities and work collaboratively with marketing, technical service, product development, and other functions within Graymont to take advantage of these opportunities.

POSITION DESCRIPTIONThis role is responsible for sales activities from lead generation through the project management process. Develop and implement agreed upon Sales and Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop annual sales plan with Franchisee or Center Manager, detailing activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the position on meeting or exceeding sales quota.

Consultatively sell and make recommendations to prospects and clients using various products and Brand Standards.
Develop and maintain a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from telephone, marketing and field activity.

Develop a complete understanding of pricing and proposal models
Complete all paperwork and follow established center procedures from initiation through completion of a project (i.e., Work Order, credit approvals, POS entry, pre-payment collection, artwork approval, delinquent account collection, reporting).

Establish and maintain estimate follow-up procedures.
Prepare status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals for weekly sales meetings.
Assist in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
Identify and resolve customer satisfaction issues.
Establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.
