Responsible for concierge style client assistance, handling policy holder inquiries, documenting requests and completing changes, accept and process premiums.
Service to policy holders includes strong communication skills on multiple platforms, conflict resolutions skills, ability to quickly learn new computer programs and processes. Proficient at adapting to a constantly changing, extremely fast-paced environment.
Provide support to the agent and service center staff as needed.
Make decisions to determine applicant insurability and placement using competent skills in binding and processing applications.
Ensure effective operation of the service center including but not limited to: reports, documentation, and mail distribution.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to attain Property and Casualty Insurance license
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and have an aptitude for learning new programs and procedures
Team player with a positive, professional attitude.
Compensation: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year

Duties and Responsibilities
Under the direct supervision of the Call Center Manager, performs the following duties and responsibilities. Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned.
Handle Chat Support, Inbound calls and answer emails from customers.
Ensure high quality service for our customers, including escalation of issues as per our internal processes and procedures
Deliver an attentive and comprehensive service to our customers based on Sports Betting product, account problems and first line support.
Delivering a high level of customer service to players regarding their queries and inform them about promotions and other products
Engage potential customers in dialogue that open opportunities
Support and guide customers with all requests and escalating and following up when necessary.
Meet company expectation for excellent customer service
Maintain a friendly, professional tone at all times
Function as part of the team with sincere enthusiasm
Take relevant notes on all call for future use and enter into database
