We are looking for a Sales Leader Industry who will be partnering closely with the Global Industry Leadership to define and provide guidelines for our Foamglas strategy for the North region. This regional sales leader will be responsible for northern US & Canada markets, focusing on industrial and commercial industries. This role will lead the technical sales managers responsible for specifying our Foamglas insulation systems in a variety of applications.
This is a pivotal role in the success of our business; balancing engaged commercial discussion with more analytical work to identify and remediate outliers. This position is responsible for the promotion and selling of the complete Foamglas Commercial and Industry portfolio in line with Foamglas Business Strategy. This will involve the identification of appropriate sales opportunities, specifications and commercial realization of key projects within the North Region.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Commercial Operations:
* Direct daily sales activities to ensure alignment with revenue and profitability targets in line with company annual budget, Long Range Plan and our vision and values.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:
* Partner with internal teams to ensure alignment and execution of commercial strategies of Operations, Marketing Communications (MarComm), Finance, and others.
* Build a management system for regular cross-functional collaboration that ensures transparency and accountability.
* Act as a liaison between the field and corporate teams to ensure feedback loops and continuous improvement.
Business requirements
* Sound experience (10 to 15 years) in managing and coaching multicultural, locally based sales teams, understanding cultural and market-related differences.
* A strong technical aptitude is a must. Mechanical engineering or industrial degree is preferred
* Experience and understanding of the insulation business or oil & gas industry is required

The base salary range for this position is $116,000- $203,000 with the potential for additional if the applicant hired has additional related qualifications. Department Manager Job Purpose:
1.) Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Store Manager, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the self-storage facility by:
Handle all customer inquiries or problems in a timely, courteous manner
Implement, follow, and enforce any procedures set forth in the Operations Policy & Procedure Manual and any other memo or instruction given to you by the SAM Corporate Team
Conduct routine (daily) inspections/audits, i.e., locks, gates, etc.
Sales of store merchandise as well as storage rentals
Take potential leads on a tour of facility
Timely collections of rent, deposits and assessed fees
Responsible for accurate accounting records, petty cash funds and company credit cards (receipts required for all transactions)
Making past due calls to delinquent accounts
Housekeeping/cleaning (Be sure all units are clean prior to rental and maintain clean office, restrooms, drive aisles, and hallways)
Marketing your facility according to guidelines requested by home office or District Manager
Maintain physical property appearance, i.e., lawn care, snow removal, landscaping, mopping, changing light bulbs, trash removal, etc.
Handle all emergency procedures, i.e., fire, criminal activity, accidents, natural disasters, etc.
Participation in training programs, conferences, etc.
Responsible for training assistant manager(s) on policies, procedures, operations, etc.
Strongly encouraged to be active in your local professional associations & community functions
Security and safety of all areas of the property
Assist with inventory of contents of units when necessary
Record your daily arrival and departure via UKG for payroll purposes
Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation to make bank deposits, conduct marketing, and run errands.

Requirements:
Exceptional customer service skills a must
Open availability including weekends is needed
Ability to perform light maintenance and overall property upkeep
Management experience in leasing, retail, or operation environment

Effective verbal and written communication skills
Must be energetic and open to new ideas and direction changes
A High School diploma /GED equivalent. College education a plus

Job Requirements
• Two (2) years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
• Two (2) years of recruiting, hiring, and developing successful store sales teams
• Excellent sales skills and demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and develop others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays per business needs.
• Ability to operate a personal computer, wireless equipment, copier, and fax.
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to have reliable transportation to assist at other locations within 30 minutes' radius from the home store when needed.
