Target Salary Range $80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Professional Solutions1, LLC (ProSol) is hiring an exceptional Information Assurance Instructor to provide on-site instructional support to the Marine Corps Communication Instructional Services (MCCIS). This will be formal instruction for established courses, New Equipment Training (NET), Sustainment Training, and additional training as assigned. The Information Assurance Instructor must be able to convey information in a format that the students can understand, while preparing students to pass commercial certification exams.

Responsibilities:
The Information Assurance Instructor is expected to:
* Provide students with the knowledge and skills to successfully obtain industry certifications:
* Install, operate and maintain communications, networks, and satellite (CNS) systems;
* Provide hands-on time (practical application) to practice skills prior to testing;
* Provide performance tests; and evaluation of skills.
* Teach technical theories and systems to a variety of students with differing knowledge levels.
* Participate in and provide feedback during CTC staff meetings and planning sessions.
* Provide input for curriculum development / modification in the area of instructional expertise.
* Complete After Instruction Reports (AIR) per the SAT Manual at the conclusion of each training event.
* Maintain a professional appearance.
* Assist the MCCIS staff with classroom setup/teardown and equipment maintenance.
* Complete other administrative duties and requirements as may be assigned from time to time.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
* 4+ years experience delivering technical instruction or have a Military Master Instructor Certificate.
* Current certification as/in:
* CompTIA Security+
* CompTIA A+ (if recently lapsed, ProSol will assist with re-certification costs)
* CompTIA Network+
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education & Experience:
* Bachelor's degree or a minimum of four years of applicable military service.
* Additional certificates in CEH, CISSP, ITIL, CISCO or Microsoft, are a plus.
Security Clearance: Secret, preferred
Work environment:
Work is primarily performed in a classroom and office environment. Typically, employees sit comfortably to do their work, interspersed by periods of standing, walking, bending, carrying papers and books, as well as periods requiring the use of computer terminals to accomplish work objectives.
Workdays: Monday - Friday
Core hours: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Travel: Up to 35%
Scheduled Travel: Based on mission support
