TX-NGS within five working days of withdrawal.

notification.
• Assist in the recruitment and identification of migrants according to program
guidelines.
• Meet with school personnel and parents of migrant students to focus on the problems that migrant
students face and all possible solutions and services.

maintenance of a general migrant late entry/early withdrawal program policy.
• Inform the Migrant School Counselors of the data on the credit accrual form to determine proper

• Assist the Migrant Counselors with orientation on graduation requirements, and course selection

• Set up activities to disseminate information of migrant programs with emphasis on graduation
requirements and school policies as stated in the student handbook.
