What You Will Do:
Generate and execute sales plans in existing customer base and in assigned competitively-held accounts, to meet profit increase goals

The DEX MPS Account Executive is responsible for uncovering new, and growing existing, DEX print business within current accounts, and new accounts, as it relates to Managed Print Services, A3 multifunctional devices, A4 printers and various print accessories and software solutions. The Account Executive is responsible for meeting and exceeding Managed Print Services, print hardware and A3 MFP revenue and profit targets through business development activities. In addition, they manage joint sales activities with Staples Sales Office Products Representatives. This role will serve as the region subject matter expert and leader of DEX MPS, Print Hardware and Copier Solutions and is focused on increasing sales volumes, and expanding DEX market share for MPS, A4 and A3 MFP sales.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with Staples Office Products sales representatives to qualify and identify MPS, Print Hardware and A3 MFP opportunities.
Conduct joint customer sales calls with Staples Office Products sales representatives to develop, propose, present and close MPS/MFP opportunities.
Help lead MPS assessments and proposal developments.
Define MPS strategy, assessment criteria and total cost of ownership (TCO) variables within each unique customer account.
Meet and exceed sales quotas.
Implement business reviews and handle account management.

About the Team: UKG's Public Sector Sales vertical is seeking a SMB New Logo Account Executive. The Public Sector vertical is full of talented, collaborative team members that work closely to align customer and prospect goals with our amazing products. This person will be tasked with maximizing sales revenue and exceeding annual profitability goals for UKG's Public Sector SMB Sales team.
**About the Role:**
This Account Executive will be focused on selling into named public sector city and county accounts with a hunter focus on net new logos seeking to transform their HR, Benefits, Payroll, Time and Scheduling processes using UKG HCM SaaS deployments. A successful candidate will need to use consultative selling skills to clearly understand customer/prospect business requirements and recommend the best UKG software solutions to meet their business objectives.
**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Consistently exceed sales quotas
- Must have proven success selling HRMS/Payroll solutions to complex organizations
- Must have worked primarily as a New Logo Rep (Hunter) and consistently exceeded sales quotas. Develop and maintain a working knowledge of solutions, technology and capabilities to solve customer challenges and help them achieve stated business outcomes.
- Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory.
- Identify sales opportunities and develop sales and marketing proposals for customers on HCM, Payroll solutions and services aligned with the prospective customer's needs.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of HCM/SaaS Industry, competitors and analysts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
- Maintain a working knowledge of products and capabilities, incorporating technical advances in presentations to end users
- Present HCM products and services to final decision makers and end users within an assigned territory
- Incredibly organized
- Experience with a diversity of prospecting strategies
**About You:**
**Basic Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven success selling HCM/Payroll solutions with some experience selling to local governments
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Organized and detail oriented.
- State and Local Sales Experience
- Excellent negotiation, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong work ethic while operating with a high-level of integrity, honesty and commitment to self and everyone else.
- BA/BS or equivalent.
- Candidates will live in or near their territory and are familiar with the public sector business climate for local government cities and counties in the East Coast Market.

**Pay Transparency:**
The base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
