Position Summary
The Outside SalesRepresentative is responsible for selling crane and/or rigging services to businesses and industrial or commercial establishments. This role involves building relationships with potential and existing customers, assisting with project proposals, estimating project costs (including materials, equipment, and labor), and supporting the sales and operations teams. The Outside SalesRepresentative will work closely with clients to understand project needs, ensure accurate proposals, and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business growth.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Actively contact leads and manage prospect lists to generate new business opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications (Experience, Skills, and Education):
3 to 10 years of proven sales and field experience in industrial or construction industries. Direct crane and rigging knowledge or experience in a related field is highly preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or higher education is a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills with a solid understanding of sales techniques and project management.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Ability to make decisions and solve problems with limited guidance.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
