    The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the packaging manufacturing plant. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and evaluate production staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and safety standards. Foster a positive work environment, promote teamwork, and address any personnel issues promptly. Conduct regular team meetings to communicate production goals, changes, and updates. Quality Control: Ensure all products meet quality standards and specifications. Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to identify and address any quality issues. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and production efficiency. Safety and Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to manufacturing and packaging. Equipment and Maintenance: Monitor the condition of production equipment and arrange for routine maintenance and repairs. Work with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and resolve technical issues promptly. Recommend equipment upgrades or replacements to improve production efficiency. Inventory and Supply Chain: Coordinate with the inventory and procurement teams to ensure the availability of raw materials and packaging supplies. Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory control processes to prevent shortages or overstock situations. Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate production records and generate reports on production performance, efficiency, and quality metrics. Analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide regular updates to the Plant Manager and other senior management Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, Manufacturing, Business Management, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in packaging. Strong knowledge of production management, quality control, and safety standards. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Proficient in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Working Conditions and/or Physical Requirements: Able to fulfill the requirements of a 24/7 manufacturing operation. Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Able to stand on feet for most of the shift; work with the processes on the plant floor, and work flexible hours as required. As an Shift Leader, you will support the Restaurant General Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading by example, and ensuring exceptional service for our guests. Responsibilities: Assist the Restaurant General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, and budget management. Lead and motivate team members to achieve high standards of performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as local health and safety regulations. Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed. Monitor food quality and safety standards to maintain consistency and freshness. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation, ordering, and tracking. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development. Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting. Qualifications: Previous experience in restaurant management, with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
