The Specialist-Diagnostic Imaging Support assists and directs patients while retrieving, organizing and inputting digital images and/or exam information into our Electronic Medical Records System (EMS). The Diagnostic Imaging Support Specialist is responsible for all applicable software, and interacts with many departments, office staff, physicians and patients. The position requires extensive clerical, telephonic, and customer service skills.

Required Qualifications:
Coursework/Training: Basic medical terminology course, or completed within 6 months of hire.
1 year Clerical or Customer Service experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in the medical field or equivalent education/experience.
1 year medical and/or clerical experience, or
A successful completion of a Providence Internship.
Coursework/Training: College courses in intermediate medical terminology and physical anatomy or equivalent education/experience.
Medical terminology and physical anatomy: knowledge obtained through work experience.

About the Opportunity:
The Concealed Handgun License (CHL Unit) at the Sheriff's Office is responsible for fulfilling statutory requirements of Oregon Sheriffs to provide fingerprinting and background checks for Concealed Handgun License applicants who meet the minimum qualifications.
The Administrative Specialist II in the CHL unit is responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, including collecting payments, recording fees, drafting correspondence and balancing day-end reconciliation. They will research statutes in support of Concealed Handgun License applications and license issuance. This position has a considerable amount of public contact in explaining Oregon Revised Statutes and procedures. Additionally, the Administrative Specialist II - CHL will provide fingerprinting (hands-on) to a variety of individuals, including citizens, in-custody juvenile offenders and Deputy applicants.
Duties may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensure all CHL paperwork is complete and signed; all sections are answered and/or checked.
- Apply knowledge of CHL statute and internal policies and conduct investigations of CHL applicants.
- Research law enforcement-only databases, including Ecourt, LEDS, NCIC and other databases that include Criminal Justice Information Services (CJIS) information.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails, providing answers to CHL questions in a professional voice and tone.
- Assist internal and external law enforcement partners in providing Agency ID cards.
- Maintain a cash box and process credit card payments.
- Utilize an online calendaring system.
- Maintain electronic and hard copy files using the CHL database and Laserfiche, requiring the ability to sort, file, scan, retrieve and edit files.
- Compile, copies, and compares data to produce reports for managers and CHL's Oregon State Sheriff's Association (OSSA) sub-chapter.
- Operate a variety of office equipment, including a computer, fax machine, fingerprint machine and ID machine.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent record keeping abilities, and provide exceptional customer service. They will have the ability to read, understand and explain Oregon Revised Statute regarding the issuance, denial and revocation of concealed handgun licenses. This position will be working with confidential information that is exempt from public disclosure, therefore, the ability to deliver sensitive information to customers with delicacy, confidentiality and diplomacy is required.

Job DescriptionHappy Day Catering is seeking applicants who are charismatic, teachable, and professional for the position of Event Sales Assistant with the possibility to move into an Event Coordinator position . Sales assistants are responsible for light administrative and planning duties during the event production process, as well as assisting in the execution of events. The successful candidate will be extremely organized, reliable, personable, professional in demeanor and appearance, flexible in hours, and be willing to learn all aspects of event production.

Duties may include but are not limited to the following:
Answering phones, taking event information, and following up with clients by phone or email;
Creating and maintaining event folders and other paper materials related to events;
Working with Event Coordinators and back-of-house staff to ensure all contracted materials are event-ready;
Helping to set up, serve, and/or coordinate staff at events; and
Assisting in any other area needed by event producers and coordinators.
The position of Sales Assistant, if successfully matured, will transition into commissioned Event Producer and eventually Event Coordinator position.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Willingness to commit to Happy Day Caterings high standards of excellence
Sales experience required - Event coordinator experience a plus.
Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Be willing and able to learn our event software, Caterease
Access to reliable transportation
Current certification: WA State Food Handler Card and Idaho Food Safety Exam or able to obtain within 14 days of hire
Recommended: WA State MAST (Mandatory Alcohol Server Training) permit (can be obtained at one of the listed sites: ********************************************** )

Job Summary
Summary: Responsible for clerical functions and administrative support of food service programs.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer telephones and direct inquiries in a professional and client centric manner.
Maintain confidential personnel files.
Assist management staff in preparing confidential employment and labor relations documents, including but not limited to proposed disciplinary notices.
Assist with staffing, including finding staff when employees call out on short notice.
Work effectively and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, school personnel, administrators, student's parents and Supervisor.
Complete and maintain accurate and up to date records of students eligible for free and reduced priced lunches if applicable.
Enter weekly cash sales and meal counts using computer.
Perform daily bank deposit reconciliation.
Process vendor invoices for payment - using computer, making sure addition is correct and checking item prices against bid specifications, making sure there is no discrepancy in pricing.
Perform monthly vendor statement reconciliation.
Prepare monthly state claim form for reimbursement.
Assist in preparation of end of month financial reports.
Attend in-service and/or safety meetings as required.
Maintain clean and safe work environment; ability to perform job safely.
Performs other duties as assigned.
