    As part of Strength and Conditioning Department, the Assistant - Strength & Conditioning Specialist will assist the Major League Strength & Conditioning Specialist and will monitor and assist with supervision of strength and conditioning programs for Major League players. This position's primary role will be to work alongside the Major League Physical Therapist and provide weight room programming for Major League Rehab players. This position will also assist with the care of the active 26-man roster during home games and travel to affiliates as needed to assist in the remote care of major league rehabilitation players. This position is expected to have limited travel with the Major League team during the MLB Championship Season. Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Support and monitor strength & conditioning workouts for athletes as part of their rehabilitation. Collaborate with Brewers High Performance and MLB coaching staff to develop programs for players as part of their rehabilitation. Assist Major League Strength and Conditioning and High-Performance Staff with active 40-man roster players, as assigned, during off-season training, spring training and championship seasons.
