Acts as liaison between technologists and the patients waiting for exams and relays messages regarding scanner status and other clinic information
Maintains front office lobby area by straightening magazines, organizing coffee supplies and assisting with general office clean up
Orders office supplies as needed
Maintains supply of patient information sheets
Pushes imaging via electronic interfaces
Completes confirmation calls and provides preparation instructions to patient
Faxes reports, billing information, and medical release forms as requested

The DFR is responsible for determining eligibility for individuals applying and/or receiving public assistance. Programs include TANF (cash assistance), SNAP, and Medicaid. The Eligibility Assistant staff are front desk staff who are responsible for helping collect paperwork, processing or “pushing” applications and assisting clients who are applying and/or receiving public assistance among other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
Welcome all on-site visitors and determine nature of business
Review client information for accuracy
Assist with computer applications
Schedule client appointments
Scan documents into client case file
Maintain fax machines and copier functions
Answer and direct incoming calls
Maintain daily activity reports
Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients
Qualifications

Proven job stability
High School diploma or equivalent
Clean criminal background
Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative, Cashier, Clerk, Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, or Front Office desired
This is a long-term position where you can make an immediate impact on your community, plus the potential for promotion. The wage is $14.00/hr with paid time off, benefits, and a 37.5 hour work week of Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM.
