TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Work is performed in an office environment and involves contact with patients on the phone and in person. Work may be stressful at times, with constant interaction with others and many interruptions. Contact involves dealing with sick people.
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Work requires sitting for long periods of time, stooping, bending and stretching for files and supplies. Occasionally lifting files or papers weighing up to 30 pounds.
