Minimum Requirements of the Position
High school graduate or equivalent.
Minimum one year of customer service experience, callcenter experience preferred.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, CPT / ICD 10 medical billing codes, and medical terminology are beneficial.
