Assessing residents per direct care staff concerns and post incident.

Acts as a liaison with physicians by communicating medical concerns of residents with physicians and other medical consultants and then informing team members of treatment recommendations.

Assists with physical exams of individuals.
Preparing and filing medical related documents.
2nd shift hours are 2:00PM to 10:30PM and 3rd shift hours are 10:00PM to 8:30AM.
