Physical demands and overall work environment: Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and walk on various types of terrain, including uneven surfaces, construction sites, and residential properties that may have mud, ruts, etc. Must be able to utilize sensory skills (i.e. verbal communication) and technology (i.e. cellphone) to effectively communicate with other Associates and customers. Must be able to perform movements such as bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, grasping, etc. Must have the ability to climb permanent stairs, temporary stairs, and ladders. Must have the physical strength and stamina to perform tasks such as lifting approximately 50 lbs. unassisted throughout the workday. Must be able to endure and be exposed to different types of conditions, including weather (heat, cold, rain, ice, etc.) and substances such as dust, dirt, and fumes.
