Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Administer, monitor, and maintain a customer's IT infrastructure.

Provide technical support to end-users and resolve IT-related issues.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security policies.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement.

Follow up with customers and team to verify issue resolution.
Analyze customer trend data to proactively prevent issues and improve productivity.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.

Familiarity with network protocols, switching, security, and firewalls.
EMR/EHR/Practice Management or other database Software.
Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Azure.

This is a
Computer Field Technician Position
doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. To be successful in this position,
you must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
Job Details:
This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.
Qualifications
Must have prior hands on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be comfortable with daily local travel

1. Crane Operations: 60%
● Overhead crane operations in the Transshipment hangar, A320 Final Assembly Line, Final Phase hangars, and A220 FAL to receive and deliver the major aircraft components utilizing a variety of overhead crane configurations and lifting devices.

● Operating heavy aircraft tow tugs for the movement of aircraft into and out of various hangars in support of pre-Final Operational Testing.

● Operation of heavy equipment to load/ unload shipping containers of MCAs using 30 k forklift.
● Operation of heavy equipment to support unloading of MCAs from sea jigs at heights of 20-30 feet using articulating man lift or scissor lifts.
● Fueling activities for ground support equipment (GSE). Using portable fuel tanks.
4. Completion of Documentation/ Training: 5%
● Adherence to various policies regarding accurate recording of completed work and work-in-progress by using daily job cards to record activities.
● Notifies affected parties when clerical errors are discovered or documentation is incomplete.
● Using SOIs to perform each task assigned and documenting any discrepancies.
● Maintains accurate and up-to-date training records of EHS, SAP.
● Ensure required daily pre-operational inspections of GSE are completed. Additional Responsibilities:

This position is an as needed role and NOT a full-time role.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Conduct CBRN detection operations at the direction of federal staff to include coordinating with stakeholders, managing equipment, planning logistics, developing plans, teaching and training equipment protocols to stakeholders, reporting information as appropriate, notifying chain of command as appropriate, writing situational reports and after-action reports, and following up with the stakeholder in post-deployment communications.
* Manage and maintain file system for regional documentation to include record keeping, following file standards and protocols, and maintaining both electronic and paper files.
* Responsible for maintaining their equipment, tactics, techniques, and procedure standards by completing all training, including refresher training, in accordance with MDDP policies.
* Supports fleet management by documenting, tracking, submitting, and filing all necessary fleet vehicle information in accordance with MDDP, CWMD, and DHS policies.
* Adheres to professional standards and codes of conduct set forth by MDDP, CWMD, and DHS including dress code, all forms of communication standards, social media regulations, and other policies as required.
* Presents clear, concise, and accurate information on the Mobile Detection Deployment Program and its capabilities to a variety of stakeholders and group sizes.
* Professionally conducts training on and answers questions on policies, procedures, protocols, and equipment of the program to a variety of stakeholders and group sizes
* Provides support for Situation Reports (SITREPs).

What Required Skills You'll Bring:
* Active Secret security clearance or higher
* Must be able to obtain DHS Suitability.
* Experienced in chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear detection and CBRN training and exercises
* 10 years experience in radiological and nuclear detection and training
* Special event operational experience including SEAR or NSSE events
* Knowledgeable and skilled in using a variety of equipment including but not limited to Mobile/Portable Radiation Detection Systems, Personal Radiation Detectors PRD Spectroscopic/Non-Spectroscopic;; Radiological Isotope Identification Device RIID High-Res/Low-Res;. Auxiliary Equipment: Radios, Radioactive Material Sources.
* Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds of equipment
* Excellent verbal and communications skills to include completing daily situation reports, after-action reports, and monthly report.
* Proficient in the use of computers, A/V equipment, Microsoft Office products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
* Radiation Worker training and experience working with radioactive materials.
* Travel up to 75 percent of the month within the contiguous United States and US territories may be required including back to back trips in excess of a week. May be called to support PM directly when requested or function as Acting PM for periods no longer than 30 consecutive days.
* Must have valid driver's license and experience towing larger trailers including a fifth wheel
* Must have a Class B CDL license or ability to obtain one within 3 months of being hired

* Install peripheral equipment upgrades and/or features to existing computers, research and troubleshoot when necessary
* Install software, research and learn new software, train personnel and provide support as needed
* Install and configure network hardware
* Have knowledge of TCP/IP usage
* Have knowledge of routing and switching
* Assist with administration of network directory service including student and teacher network user accounts and network resources
* Troubleshoot overhead projector and panel issues including installation, changing bulbs and repair
* Participate in continuing education in effort to stay current with district technology.
* Any other duties as assigned by the Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Operations Director, Technology Supervisor and/or his/her designee

Computer Field Technician Position
doing hardware repairs and installations on laptop and desktop units. To be successful in this position,
you must have prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
Job Details:
This is a 1099/per call position
Pay is based solely on the number of calls completed.
Calls start at $35 and go up based on distance traveled
Pay period: Every Friday after the first week worked
Tickets are run Monday-Friday during the day shift. Candidates must be regularly available a minimum of 3 weekdays to be considered.
Call volume is variable but is usually 2-5 calls per day
You will complete certifications from Dell and Lenovo as part of your onboarding. Certifications are online and free to you.
You must have a reliable form of transportation and a valid driver's license to run these calls. You will be visiting multiple work sites throughout your day.
You must have access to a computer and the Internet to log onto your portal each day.
You must be available to log into your tech portal each morning you are working by 9 am to code your calls and map out your route for the day.
The manufacturer has completed troubleshooting and shipped a part prior to your ticket being issued to you.
You will confirm service times with the customer in your tech portal. Services will be completed at the customer site (residential and commercial)
You will pick up parts daily from the assigned Fed Ex or UPS store for your territory before going onsite. Once all calls are completed for the day drop off the old parts with the pre-paid label that is provided.
Qualifications
Must have prior hands on experience with replacing components on laptops and desktops
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Must be comfortable with daily local travel
