About the Role HR Specialist The Human Resource (HR) Specialist supports a consistent, high-quality employee experience with a primary focus on onboarding, employee support, HR program administration, and accurate data maintenance. Serving as a front-facing representative of the HR team, this role requires approachability, professionalism, and sound judgment. Working closely with the HR Operations Manager, the HR Specialist coordinates day-to-day HR processes, executes HR workflows, supports project coordination, and ensures HR systems and data remain accurate and up to date. Position Logistics * Primary Work Location: West Fargo, ND Headquarters * Work Environment: On-Site * Work Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8 am - 5 pm * Work Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt (40 hours/week) Position Responsibilities Onboarding & Employee Experience * Execute the HRIS onboarding process in UKG, ensuring accurate data entry, timely task completion, and full day-one readiness for new hires * Plan, schedule, and facilitate new hire orientation sessions with professionalism and confidence * Partner with hiring managers, IT, and cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth, well-coordinated onboarding experience * Ensure onboarding documentation, tasks, and system entries are completed accurately and on time * Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions related to onboarding, policies, procedures, benefits navigation, and payroll Employee Lifecycle Support * Manage the HR department inbox, providing timely, accurate, and service-oriented responses and routing inquiries appropriately * Support employees and manage workflows for employee lifecycle events including hires, transfers, qualifying benefit life events, leaves, and separations * Process employee changes and coordinate offboarding activities, including maintaining accurate employee records, system access changes, documentation, and exit processes * Maintain personnel files and documentation in accordance with company standards and recordkeeping requirements * Support the Events Committee by assisting with planning and execution of employee culture moments HR Programs & Operational Execution * Provide ongoing administrative support and coordination for HR programs once launched, ensuring workflows are followed and processes are maintained * Administer HR programs across areas such as onboarding, recognition, engagement initiatives, and benefits enrollment support * Partner closely with the HR Operations Manager to support day-to-day HR operations, program execution, data maintenance and reporting, and operational follow-through * Identify and communicate program process gaps, inefficiencies, or improvement opportunities * Maintain compliant documentation practices and support audits or compliance-related requests as needed General Responsibilities * Perform other duties as assigned * All employees are responsible for the general upkeep of work and shared spaces * Punctual and regular attendance is required of all employees Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field preferred * High School Diploma required * 3+ years of experience in a Human Resources or People Operations related role * Experience supporting onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, or HR program administration preferred * Working knowledge of I-9 requirements, employment documentation, and basic HR compliance standards * Experience working within an HRIS or similar system; UKG experience preferred We're Seeking Individuals Who Have: * Professional presence with the ability to represent HR with credibility, maturity, and discretion * Clear, confident communication skills that build trust across all levels of the organization * Strong service orientation with a focus on delivering a consistent, positive employee experience * High attention to detail and accuracy when working with employee data, documentation, and processes * Operational mindset with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage workflows and priorities * Sound judgment and adaptability when handling sensitive information and shifting business needs Culture & Total Rewards Approach Why Join Enclave?
