Responsibilities:

Minimum Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
Benefit Administration:
* Manage new hire benefit enrollments and mid-year qualifying event changes.

Leave and Accommodations:
* Manage leaves of absence and workplace accommodations.
* Ensure compliance with federal and state leave laws, including FMLA, PFL, PPL, ADA, and company policies.

Vendor and Team Collaboration:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with HR field teams and benefit vendors.
* Provide timely responses to benefit inquiries via email and phone.
Project and Task Management:
* Handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
* Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in managing changing priorities.
Confidentiality and Compliance:
* Ensure all activities comply with HIPAA and other confidentiality requirements.
* Provide empathetic, professional support to associates navigating sensitive life events.
* Ensure all benefit and leave information is communicated with clarity, consistency, and a high standard of customer service.
Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of experience in a professional environment, preferably within HumanResources.
* Bachelor's degree in HumanResources, Business, or a related field (preferred).
* Knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PFL, PPL, and other leave-related laws and regulations for multiple states including CT, DE, MA, NJ, NY, PA and RI.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook) and experience with ADP or similar HRIS platforms (highly preferred).
* Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail with excellent follow-through.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to sit and work at a desktop computer station.
* A proactive self-starter who quickly learns new tasks and takes the initiative to help others without being asked.
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Liverpool, NY. The work schedule is 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 hourly, based on qualifications and experience.

Provide direct and indirect employment services to persons enrolled in Supported Employment (SEMP), Pathway to Employment, and Community Based Prevocational Services. Assist Employment Services Supervisor in the development and implementation of the various employment services offered through EFR.
Main Position Responsibilities:
Provide direct and indirect services and supports to individuals receiving Supported Employment, Community Based Prevocational, Pathway to Employment, and any other employment services offered at the agency, as indicated in each person's Habilitation Plan(s).
Provide timely reports on individuals' progress, including daily documentation, and other as needed or requested.
Provide skill training and assistance to individuals receiving employment services by learning specific work duties and performance standards for jobs service recipients.
Develop work-related behaviors in service recipients such as time and attendance, appropriate dress, communication skills, accepting supervision and travel skills.
Facilitate the development of positive relationships between individuals and their employers and co-workers. Train co-workers and communicate with supervisors on how to best work with newly placed individuals.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree or higher preferred
2-3 years related experience working with people with Developmental Disabilities (

Minimum Qualifications:
