A wealth of information is available at ******************* DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Human Resource Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping our HR operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: Responding to emails from resource accounts and providing timely, accurate information Preparing and processing personnel transactions Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers Assisting with job postings and supporting talent acquisition processes Performing administrative tasks such as maintaining HR files, tracking information, inputting information into HR systems, and preparing reports Supporting onboarding and new employee orientation processes Providing general HR administrative support Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 2 days per week upon successful completion of the probationary period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania.
