Education and Experience:

Specific Skills and Knowledge
In-depth knowledge of generator design, operation, testing, and maintenance, including but not limited to diesel, gas, and renewable energy generators.

What You'll Do
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven demand generationleader to drive pipeline growth across our Small, Medium, and Large law firm segments. In this role, you'll own the strategy and execution of integrated demand programs that engage decision makers at these firms. You'll balance inbound tactics, outbound campaigns, and account-based marketing (ABM) to deliver measurable impact on pipeline and revenue.

You Will
Strategy & Campaign Development
• Build and execute integrated demand generation programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline across target markets.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, and BDR teams to align campaigns to business priorities and revenue goals.
• Develop messaging and offers tailored to key personas and verticals.
Execution & Management
• Own campaign lifecycle: planning, launch, optimization, and reporting.
• Execute multi-channel campaigns including digital, paid media, webinars, content syndication, events, email, and direct mail.
• Leverage account-based marketing approaches to engage high-value target accounts.
• Manage relationships with vendors, agencies, and marketing technology platforms.
Analytics & Optimization
• Define campaign KPIs and report on pipeline, conversion, and ROI.
• Apply data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing Ops to ensure accurate attribution, lead scoring, and database health.

What You'll Need to be Successful
• Proven success driving pipeline through inbound and outbound programs.
• Strong digital marketing acumen.
• Minimum 5 years in demand generation or marketing strategy.
• Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and ABM principles.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).
• Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and pipeline metrics.
• Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to partner across teams.

Compensation Transparency
The compensation range for this position is: $125,000 -$150,000
The posted cash compensation for this position includes on target earnings, base salary and variable if applicable. Some roles may qualify for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are determined based on various factors specific to each candidate, such as career level, skills, experience, geographic location, qualifications, and other job-related considerations

Overview:
There is a growing demand for high performance masonry veneer systems and we are looking for qualified individuals to promote Laticrete's Masonry Veneer Installation System (MVIS) products and system! In this role, a Technical Sales Representative's primary responsibility is to achieve sales goals by creating demand of our products and services through major contractor customers and distributor partners.
Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:
Attend training sessions and travel with experienced technical sales reps to learn company products, procedures, culture, and philosophy in dealing with customers.
Introduce, demonstrate and promote all current and new products.
Assist and accompany distributor sales personnel in training and motivation at company technical training sessions on periodic basis.
Evaluate the territory distributor framework to assure sufficient coverage and efficiency and maintain distributor hopper list.
Maximize market penetration in assigned territory.
Implement pricing policies within market segments as directed.
Design and execute distributor-level product promotion programs.
Maintenance of Project Tracking files and Competitive Pricing files.
Submit quarterly report summarizing LATICRETE performance and current competitive activity through intelligence gathering.
Complete follow up on inquiries and leads provided by RSM.
Investigate, document and report all complaints and claims for service in territory and coordinate same with Technical Service Division.
Attend annual North America Sales Meeting, and annual trade shows as assigned.
LataVan participation periodically within assigned territory as required.
Performs other directly related appropriate duties and assumes accountabilities as apparent or as delegated, including mutually agreed upon objectives.
Job Specifications/Skills:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
Achieve annual territory revenue growth target
Cultivate strong relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Manage distribution network in assigned territory
Provide educational presentations to engineers, distributors, and contractors.
Work with Design Engineers at Architecture and Engineering Firms on New Construction Specifications
Participate in continuous education and networking opportunities provided by industry trade organizations and partnerships
Routine travel throughout the assigned territory
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
A BS/BA undergraduate degree is preferred but not required
Technical or Engineering background preferred; experience working with Design Engineers preferred
Experience with Medical Gas Equipment, Compressed air systems, and/or Vacuum systems preferred
Medical gas testing experience, ASSE certification, NFPA 99 knowledge beneficial
Current experience supporting and managing customers in the territory preferred
Excellent communication, time, and territory management skills are a necessity
Familiarity with CRM software - ability to efficiently track and maintain sales data
Familiarity with Word, Excel, Adobe, and PowerPoint is beneficial
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
The employee is required to travel (approx. 25% of the time) and will be reimbursed for travel expenses. The employee will be expected to proactively schedule their own travel in the assigned territory.
