The Program Security Representative's primary function is to provide multi-discipline security support for one or more of the customer's Special Access Programs (SAPs). The position will provide "day-to-day" multi-discipline analysis for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.
Performance shall include:
* Ensure strict adherence to the provisions of the NISPOM, its Supplement, the DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy

This individual will meet with the PCPs in their geographic regions in groups and also during 1:1 meetings to gain their feedback about the CPL while educating them about these providers while highlighting medical cost opportunities in their panel of patients.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Has direct accountability for total medical cost and quality of care external to ChenMed within the region.
* Builds, refines, and manages a tiered network of coordinated external specialists and facilities to form a Coordinated Provider List (CPL) for those specialties outside of HCT and Specialty Care. Local relationship builder with all providers and payor partners in the CPL.
* Identifies areas to improve provider service levels and quality. Leads a quarterly meeting National Specialty Directors and Network Director to review pattern, trends, and opportunities within the CPL.
* Responsible for meeting with high volume community specialist at least monthly to give them feedback on their referring trends and practice patterns as it relates to part B & D.
* Attends center meetings such as Transforming Care Meetings for to gain feedback about the CPL and educate PCPs about medical cost opportunities.
* Meets with individual PCPs regularly (usually monthly or more frequently as needed to support business need) to gain feedback about the CPL and provide targeted education about medical cost opportunities (A/B/D).
* Collaborates with Center Dyads to analyze, identify opportunities and support improvement initiatives within referrals including workflow, productivity, leakage and consult tracking.
* Coordinates utilization of CPL with Care Coordinators and Referral Managers: develops plans to reduce referral leakage.
* Maintains knowledge of medical trends, cost drivers and cost saving opportunities.
* Support communication and collaboration with health plans at the city/area and regional level.

Job Summary
Assists Clare Bridge Program Manager or Coordinator in leading and implementing a calendar of person centered dementia friendly programs that meet specific needs of each and all residents within the dementia care community. In alignment with Brookdale's Resident and Family Engagement philosophy, assists in providing person centered programs while engaging residents in meaningful and purposeful dementia care programs within the Brookdale community enhancing their quality of life. Recognizes individual abilities and needs while encouraging independence and ensuring resident habits, historical routines, interests and preferences are honored in the provision of care and programming.
Essential Functions
* Supports the implementation of a person centered program to meet individual needs and interests of the residents. Assists in leading and engaging residents in the 7 domains of well-being programs - purposeful, intellectual, social, spiritual, emotional and physical in a dementia friendly structured environment; including sensory focused small groups for residents who cannot participate in a large group setting.
* Assists the Program Manager or Coordinator in the review of individual resident's service plans and completes program documentation, as required by Brookdale standards or state requirements.
* Assists the program manager or coordinator in ensuring dementia care programs are in compliance with state, federal, and other regulations and meet Brookdale's mission, policies, procedures and standards.

* Coordinates and participates in special events at the community including family socials, marketing/sales and open houses.

Under the general direction of the Residential Reentry Management Branch (RRMB) Administrator, responsible for development and implementation of all duties and functions related to procurement initiatives, administration and/or oversight activities for the operations and programs of Residential Reentry and contract confinement/detention facilities nationwide.
Serves as a resource person for the Bureau of Prison's (BOP) executive staff in regard to the residential (e.g., community) reentry of federal offenders. As such, provides information and advice to Branch Chiefs, Deputy Assistant Directors, Assistant Directors, Regional Directors, and the Director regarding the community reentry of offenders in BOP custody, the allocation of bureau resources for community residential reentry, and the current state of similar programs offered by other agencies.
Serves as a liaison for the BOP with external entities regarding residential reentry initiatives and short-term detention facilities. Establishes and maintains professional relationships with high ranking officials in other governmental agencies, the Judiciary, members of the academic community and appropriate private agencies.

Education:
There is no substitution of education for specialized experience for this position.
Experience:
You must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level. Specialized experience is directly related experience that included substantial involvement with a correctional program and provided a thorough knowledge of correctional techniques, or experience in meeting and dealing with people that demonstrated the ability to work effectively with inmates and associates in a correctional environment.
Experience must have also demonstrated the ability to perform supervisory or administrative duties successfully. This includes (1) understanding the problems of custody, treatment, training, and release of inmates of penal or correctional institutions; (2) a thorough and comprehensive knowledge of an institution's internal policies, programs, regulations, and procedures; and (3) training subordinates, coordinating and directing activities and functions, evaluating performance of operations and the effectiveness of programs, and maintaining high standards or work objectives. This experience must have been gained in an administrative position, or in other positions that included the successful direction, or assistance in the direction of, an entire correctional program or a major phase of such a program.
Some examples of this qualifying experience are:
* Experience assisting in managing Residential Reentry programs.
* Experience planning, developing, coordinating, implementing, overseeing and evaluating contract detention efforts.
* Experience working with other Federal criminal justice agencies including U.S. Probation, U.S. Marshals Service, U.S. Sentencing Commission, and U.S. Parole Commission.
* Experience interpreting and utilizing policies, directives, and agency guidelines to effectively manage residential reentry operations.
If applicable, credit will be given for paid and unpaid experience. To receive proper credit, you must show the actual time (such as number of hours worked per week) spent in the activities.

Initial appointment to a supervisory/managerial position requires a one-year probationary period.
