    Senior Coordinator Tonganoxie, KS Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM As a Senior Coordinator, Customer quality PETFOOD at our Brand New (Premix) Animal Nutrition and Health location in Tonganoxie, KS, you will provide quality support for our customers, related to answering quality-related questions and questionnaires, the complaints handling process and/or other customer-related quality topics for PETFOOD. Responsibilities: * Act as the quality key-contact for our customers and internal business partners * Ensure a timely and correct response on customer requests (e.g., Issues, questions, need for Quality statements, Questionnaires etc.) * Build customer QA relations by creating various service levels by supporting Global and regional Key Account programs * Support and ensure handling of complaints to fulfill the customer's expectations. * Seeking opportunities to improve our customer services processes, e.g., for questions, issues and questionnaires. * Provide operational support within projects, our internal sales functions in QA related topics and support sales and marketing to implement new products and services. * Be the representative of the customer's quality voice in our internal processes and organization. * Optimizing the standard documentation portfolio to fulfill customer requests and working closely together with functions to achieve this. (e.g., Product managers, Product Application Specialists, Regulatory Affairs) * Give operational support to the Customer QA Manager on all relevant Quality issues/activities. You bring: * Master's or Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Chemistry, food technology, microbiology or similar). * Experience in Quality Assurance experience in the Animal feed/Food Premix industry (Manufacturing or business). * Customer oriented QA professional with interest and experience in managing customer QA relations. * Professional and technical knowledge of production processes, in Food Hygiene standards, HACCP relations and ISO certifications. * Service oriented person, who works accurately, with high quality and passion. * Good computer program knowledge and skills (Power BI, CRM, PowerPoint, Excel). * Excellent written and oral communication skills in English. Spanish is a plus. * Likes to work in close cooperation with other team members. The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicant's job-related skills, experience, relevant education, or training, and primary work location.
